Overview.

The Nguyen Agency’s developmental program was not designed for everyone. In joining our specialized team, the great challenge is within the robust services we offer making our precision process the hardest and most arduous task. This specialized work will take everything from our Agency.

 

As a disruption agency, the one thing we do that no one else can do is “strategic branding”. Our technique absolutely shifts the paradigm of their practice. When it comes to developing and branding medical practices, no one else has the same process. Our precision within our strategy and tactics brings a better quality of life for the doctors, employees, and patients. No one else can do what we do and no one else knows how to do it like us. This is because no one else has invested as much as we have and it comes down to the fact that no one else loves their customers/clients as much as us. Our secret is that we don’t have clients we have Strategic Partners. If you want the best then don’t settle for less because you are worth so much more. We are seeking a unique individual to fulfill the role of a Creative Director. This role fulfills the specific duty as the manager and facilitator of our Agency’s creative design work which allows us to maintain the cohesion of our brand with our Strategic Partners and to grow their success in the most dynamic and efficient way.

 

The Art of Mindfulness allows our Creative Director the advantage of seeing “design” from the perspective of our Strategic Partners and the ability to pay attention to the minor details which are ordinarily overlooked. They have the special ability to create what is most thoughtful and impactful. Our Creative Director utilizes Strategic Branding throughout the entire process of creativity to yield the results we seek and expect from our disruption program.

What you’ll do:

        • Collaborate closely with multi-division teams.
        • Review work, troubleshoot, and provide feedback to creative teams.
        • Guide all projects from concept to completion and is responsible for the overall quality of work produced by the creative department.
        • Head up team brainstorming sessions and spearheading the initial concepts of a project and throughout the completion process.
        • Hold creative meetings with clients and teams to map out future plans and make sure the result and process match the client’s goals and objectives along with strategies and solutions.
        • Manage team and provide creative vision and innovative ideas.
        • Have leadership ability with fine-tuned analytical skills and be open to other people’s opinions and concepts.
        • Manage the team’s ideas and adapt to the team to produce innovative artwork.
        • Must understand the entire creation process to manage a project from start to finish with a successful launch.
        • Clearly explain how to maintain the brand image while ensuring all aspects reflect the brand’s core values.
        • Use expertise and guidance to delegate tasks and ensure creative team members work together in synchronicity.
        • Remain actively involved in hiring and training creative staff.
        • Manage and cultivate the career/creative development of staff members, including designers, art directors, copywriters, photographers, and web developers.

What we’d like to see:

        • Experience in disruption processes from blueprinting to implementation and analytics.
        • Experience in branding and strategic marketing.
        • Ability to process a high volume of data for problem-solving.
        • Experience as a Creative Director.
        • Experience performing or managing a range of creative positions, such as graphic designer, art director, and copywriter.
        • Expert knowledge of the business and entrepreneur aspect of design.
        • Have stellar communication, presentation, problem-solving and project-management skills.
        • Have elevated soft skills that enable them to inspire creativity and work well with different personality types.
        • Must be a creative visionary, designer, multitasker, delegation expert, and have project management skills.
        • Ability to give the final approval on design and artwork for campaigns and makes important creative-direction decisions.
        • Ability to develop and oversee projects at the earliest stages.
        • Ability to cast vision, form concepts, and pilot design philosophy.
        • Ability to visualize the finished product before it is created.
        • Ability to focus on the big-picture, necessary tasks, and must also have an eye for detail.
        • Have a strong understanding of industry trends and creative tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
        • Desire to align one’s highest values with our Agency’s core values.
        • Desire to create a new standard and raise the bar for how business is done.
        • Desire to wholly devote oneself to fulfill job duties which are aligned with our philanthropic initiatives.
