We are seeking a dynamic, agile, and innovative Art & Design Curator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with content curation for posting content on a broad amount of social media platforms and with demonstrated expertise in branding, marketing, and advertising. This role fulfills the specific duty of manager and facilitator of our Agency’s creative design work which allows us to maintain the cohesion of our brand with our Strategic Partners to grow their success in the most dynamic and efficient way.

What you’ll do:

        • The specialist is responsible for curating deep meaningful content for our social media management department helping to deliver brand cohesion throughout our specialized programs and services.
        • Our team implements social media solutions for our Strategic Partner’s with the primary aim of helping them be more effective and productive in improving their business interactions and services with their patients.
        • We accomplish this through focused content curation, creative storytelling, and advocating for innovative solutions within our Agency and through this specific role.
        • Curate content that helps people understand the most impactful and highlights our Strategic Partner’s brand.
        • Create content to bring viewers to the intersection of content and product while helping the company deliver their brand’s experience and reputation.
        • Must be a skilled curator of creative media, who is capable of quickly and accurately identifying the best content in photos and videos for the project’s brand.
        • The ideal candidate has a good grasp of a variety of mainstream topics and, in addition, a deep understanding of one or more mainstream content verticals (Psychology, News, Politics, Sports, Entertainment, etc.).
        • Has experience collecting content in order to contextualize stories and brand essence.
        • Must also be a strong communicator, both offline and online, who is a team player and excited to collaborate with, and learn from colleagues who have different points of view and their different areas of expertise.
        • Success in this role is measured by (1) Identifying events, conversations, and emerging trends that will drive unique content experiences. (2) Curating high-quality content across various topics and industries. (3) Creating stories from content in order to create compelling, narratively-driven moments and experiences. (4) Working quickly and under time pressure without sacrificing accuracy.

        • Ability to process a high volume of data for problem-solving.
        • Maintain cohesion of our brand and core values throughout all duties, tasks, and projects.

        • Coordinate with all division teams for content creation and launch.
        • Ability to focus on big-picture and vision of each project and brand.
        • Ability to maintain quality control through all stages of content curation to implementation.
        • Ability to catalogue and maintain the highest level of organization and inventory integrity for all curated content.
        • Ability to communicate curated content through brand essence and philosophy.
        • Ability to recognize and respond appropriately to complex priorities and deadlines.
        • Ability to seek innovative and up-to-date information, ask questions, and self-educate.
        • Ability to continuously drive results through team engagement, empowerment, and accountability.
        • Ability to build and maintain high engagement relationships with Agency’s multi-division teams.
        • Ability to deliver first-class service to our team and Strategic Partners.
        • Experience in visual merchandising and in social media, marketing or advertising (retail, medical, or hospitality).
