We are seeking a unique individual to fulfill the role of a Social Media Manager. This role fulfills the specific duty as the PR and Communications Expert which allows us to maintain the cohesion of our brand with our Strategic Partners and to grow their success in the most dynamic and efficient way.

 

Our platform helps organizations strategically grow their brand, business, and customer relationships with social media. Whether we’re building a brand, strengthen relationships with an audience, driving business results on social, or trying to integrate social across an entire organization. Our agency runs every aspect of an organization’s social brand. We are the “COMMAND CENTER” that connects everything an organization does on social media. Our platform allows us to collaborate with teams, plan, create, and schedule content, strengthen relationships with an audience, and clearly measures the results through analytics. Our platform powers social media performance for our Strategic Partners.

What you’ll do:

        • Coordinate with our Strategic Partnership Managers and Creative Team to strategize, blueprint, and execute social media plans, campaigns, and fulfill social media content calendars.
        • Collaborate with all department team members and Strategic Partners (Clients) to create and schedule dynamic social media content.
        • Create deep meaningful post content according to our Strategic Partner’s brand.
        • Coordinate with Strategic Partners (Clients) for content strategy, creation, and campaign blueprinting.
        • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy for our Strategic Partners (Clients).
        • Maintain education in innovation with social media best practices and technologies.
        • Manage accounts and provide constructive criticism for brand growth and effectiveness.

What we’d like to see:

        • Experience in disruption processes from blueprinting to implementation and analytics.
        • Experience in branding and strategic marketing.
        • Ability to process a high volume of data for problem-solving.
        • Experience or knowledge in PR, advertising, and communications.
        • Experience or knowledge of branding, social media marketing, and analytics.
        • Attentive with strong organizational and time management skills.
        • Ability to adjust and thrive under pressure and short deadlines.
        • Excellent grammar and communication skills (written and verbal).
        • Understanding of photography and videography.
        • Understanding of innovation, sales, and strategic marketing.
        • Desire to align one’s highest values with our Agency’s core values.
        • Desire to create a new standard and raise the bar for how business is done.
        • Desire to wholly devote oneself to fulfill job duties which are aligned with our philanthropic initiatives.
