Overview.

The Nguyen Agency’s developmental program was not designed for everyone. In joining our specialized team, the great challenge is within the robust services we offer making our precision process the hardest and most arduous task. This specialized work will take everything from our Agency.

When it comes to developing and branding medical practices, no one else has the same process. Our precision within our strategy and tactics brings a better quality of life for the doctors, employees, and patients. No one else can do what we do and no one else knows how to do it like us. We are seeking a unique individual to fulfill the role of a Strategic Partner Manager. This specific duty is the liaison responsible for maintaining the cohesion of our brand with our Strategic Partners and to grow their success in the most dynamic and efficient way.

What you’ll do:

        • Establish a committed relationship with Strategic Partners to inspire productive growth and change.
        • Develop brand cohesive strategies, tactics, and visions for Strategic Partners.
        • Work with top executives within their organization to facilitate our team development program.
        • Complete one 30-minute strategy call per week with Strategic Partner’s management team.
        • Organize, address, and maximize their strengths to ensure momentum and growth.
        • Organize, address, and overcome their weaknesses to ensure damage control and prevent setbacks.
        • Implement Agency’s management tools to empower managers and executives to leverage productivity.
        • Inspire and improve the CEO’s/MD’s authority with leadership techniques and strategies.
        • Collaborate with our Agency’s team to develop and execute our customized program to ensure growth and increase revenue for Strategic Partners.

What we’d like to see:

        • Experience in disruption processes from blueprinting to implementation and analytics.
        • Experience in branding and strategic marketing.
        • Ability to process a high volume of data for problem-solving.
        • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
        • Ability to collaborate with multi-division teams in high-pressure environments.
        • Ability to create vision boards according to complex brand strategies.
        • Desire to align one’s highest values with our Agency’s core values.
        • Desire to create a new standard and raise the bar for how business is done.
        • Desire to wholly devote oneself to fulfill job duties which are aligned with our philanthropic initiatives.
