We are seeking a unique individual to fulfill the role of a Strategic Partner Sales Manager. This role fulfills the specific duty as the PR and Communications Expert which allows us to maintain the cohesion of our brand with our Strategic Partners and to grow their success in the most dynamic and efficient way.

 

Our Sales Managers have distinct personalities and tend to be enterprising individuals, which means they’re adventurous, ambitious, assertive, extroverted, energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and optimistic. Most are dominant, persuasive, and motivational. However, some of them are also conventional, meaning they’re conscientious and conservative.

What you’ll do:

        • Determine our “target market’s” highest values and aligning them with our organization’s benefits and values.
        • Must work closely with managers from other departments. For example, when our marketing department identifies new customers that the sales department can target. The collaborative relationship between all our departments is critical to help our organization expand our client base. Since as a sales manager you monitor customers’ preferences and organizations’ needs, you must work closely with our research and design departments.
        • Help doctors create a development package for their medical practices and their employees.
        • Assist prospects through the new account acquisition and onboarding process.
        • Become their solutions consultant, essentially explaining how the process works in context for them.
        • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
        • Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of our sales efforts.
        • Analyze sales statistics, tactics, and procedures.
        • Set sales goals + quotas, build a sales plan, and analyze data.
        • Collect and interpret complex data to target the most promising areas and determine the most effective sales strategies. Since you must work with people in other departments and with customers, you must be able to communicate clearly.
        • Analyze sales statistics that your team gathers to determine the sales potential and monitor our end-users’ preferences.
        • Responsible for leading and guiding a team of salespeople in our organization.
        • When overseeing a team, you must be able to evaluate how your sales team is performing and develop ways for mentoring and advising your struggling members to improve their sales performance.
        • In some cases, you’ll recruit, hire, and train new members of the sales staff.
